Motion to pass Resolution 2019 – 04 Special District Risk Management by Elaine, 2nd by Gary, discussion followed with approval
Motion to accept GM annual report by Gary, 2nd by Ken M., all approved
Motion to pay Elaine for Web site development, Domain-$20. Hosting $94.60, total $114.60 by Gary, 2nd by Troy, all approved.

Road work:
Discussed road closure on Hanks Exchange – equipment being brought in on Nashville to Jack Rabbit up to Victory Mine for the Wifi tower. The company to repair roads when done. Road Sign says road delays not road closed with a detour up Victory Mine. All of Hanks Exchange traffic is now going out/in on Nashville Trail, Jack Rabbit, Victory Mine.
Sign says road delays for 2 days.
Discussion move to the 2 estimates received by Elaine for the 3 road projects, Calamity, Nashville, and Metate. Since bids came in over 25,000, in the spring when updating bids for construction need to put in a public notice. Possible to slit the projects work up since Steve Phillips has offered to do the tractor work for Metate Trail if someone sets up the tractor rental and rock to be hauled in.
The gate between Jack Rabbit and Victory Mine was cut and stolen. The neighbors plan on putting up a new gate when the wifi tower work gets done. Jack Rabbit is showing allot of wear and tear from all the traffic and big equipment using the dirt road.
